“It is another act of intimidation by the hate-filled left-wing to wipe out and censor the exercise of free speech, as well as the ability of lawyers to defend their clients vigorously. As such, we will investigate a countersuit against them for violating these Constitutional rights.”

I'm still at a loss as to why it's essential that Dominion even be brought into this...
Like, I understand the issues with the potential vote switching and tabulation irregularities, etc, but can't most of that be tossed aside altogether in favor of a more legal/constitutional argument as to...
WHY THE FUCK any of these states were able to change their election laws without following the proper procedures and/or executive authorities?
Because IMO, Dominion or not, any ballots received passed 8 PM on election day should have been null and void. And many of these favorable 11th hour changes to accept mail in ballots, to not verify signatures, etc those are what ultimately allowed the Dominion tally to stand, false accurate or otherwise.
That's a slam dunk case closed right there. With everything already tidy and neat to back it up in courts.
Am I wrong? What am I overlooking?
That seems to be a MUCH easier road to haul than trying to prove some sort of intentional foul play by Dominion.
I think it is CRITICAL that the United States gets rid of these machines. Yes, the other criminal fraud should've stopped the certification in it's tracks but it didn't.
And replace them with what? Different machines? (honest question, not trying to be rude or anything) Because like you, I don't trust anyone to protect and preserve the sanctity of my vote. Which is why I actually favor as much "impartial" machine involvement as possible. The problem is we seem to be utilizing 1/10th of the tech we have available to handle this properly.
Unless and until we get a pervasive and comprehensive monitoring system in place (video + audio) of the entire "life of a ballot" process that is open and freely accessible to the public, I also have MAJOR concerns of a "hands-on" solution involving people.
A casino card game has more security and oversight than our votes.
I think we should do like Canada and require paper ballots and strict auditing. That'll never happen, though.
S 1540 had a number of those provisions in it including:

I think it died in committee... But that was in 2019 when it wasn't a big of a deal as it is now...
