Basically to replace burst discs with essentially a soft “hockey puck”. This was rejected several times through appeals because, even though the technology had been around and used for just less than 10 years, it was still considered “experimental” by our insurance. They would only approve a spinal fusion. So maybe this will be my new verbal reason as to why I won’t be taking that shit. Come back in 10 years, bitches.
