We are a family of PEDES looking to leave oregon and move down Texas way. We have been looking in the grand view/ Alvarado area. Looks like a nice place close to Fort Worth. How are the communities down there. We want to be close to a major city. Would be investing in multi family housing so what are the best rental areas as well Any other suggestions on areas would be great. Thanks everyone and if you know a good real estate agent in that area that would be great. Get me the hell out of this s... hole!

I don't even know where to start. I guess that will be a change for you but it's really not going to do you any good in the long run. You're far better of getting a nice chunk of land in the boonies with a few near by small towns and a small city within commuting distance. Cities and suburbs aren't the place to be, not with what's coming.
