SC Roberts correctly and surprisingly is refusing to sit during the 'trial' since there is no office holder being impeached.

Is this all a ruse for Biden to be the 'tough guy' in about 10 days and call the dogs off?

No judge, no court, no trial, no conviction. It's as simple as that.

Only the SC Chief Justice can preside over an impeachment trial. If they refuse, womp womp, you don't have a trial and as thus, cannot convict!

This is the Democrats trying to spin their delusions into reality and that people will just accept it if they fucking say so.

What they're doing now is unconstitutional to the EXTREME. And seeing as they don't have the votes needed for a constitutional amendment, they're opening themselves up for a fucking lawsuit by Trump at this point. This is vexatious litigation at this point. Trump should file a restraining order against congress and then sue the United States for slander/libel/defamation of character. He has the grounds to as the shit they said about him has caused him monetary harm. Trump could make BIG MONEY off this. Bankrupt those motherfuckers and don't settle, because you know that if they approached him for a settlement, they'd make it so they don't have to admit fault and Trump couldn't disclose how much he got from them.
