SC Roberts correctly and surprisingly is refusing to sit during the 'trial' since there is no office holder being impeached.

Is this all a ruse for Biden to be the 'tough guy' in about 10 days and call the dogs off?

No they’re specifically trying to establish on paper that he incited an insurrection, so that he and anyone associated with it can be unpersoned via some bastardized leftist interpretation of the 14th amendment.
