They begin to chat about hating America. Glowie "A" gets subject all hot and bothered about violence. Eventually Glowie "A" states he has a cousin/brother/uncle who is hardcore ISIS or whatever group the CIA is funding that year. Glowie "A" claims he will connect subject and Uncle ISIS, Glowie "B", for further discussion. Then Glowie "B" proceeds to groom subject for fake attack including handing off fake bombs IRL and such. Then the FBI spring their trap on subject with fake bomb in hand and months of chat logs detailing his desire to kill. An open and shut case as they say.
Also note Glowie "A" is sometimes a well paid "confidential informant" because they can do entrapment shit where legit Glowies can't. CI's also can avoid testifying in open court and basically help true Glowies skirt the law. Also note it would be easy for Glowie "B" to hand off a real bomb or real guns to subject for a false flag. So basically Glowies always have a group of weak minded subjects on the hook to either arrest as a show for the public or unleash on the public. Depending on their needs that week.
