I remember back when I was in CA, Newsom's overreach on magazines ended up getting millions of standard capacity magazines (including drums) into California, and to this day I believe the law is basically unenforceable.
Always wanted a vintage Thompson A1 and an original Colt M16 without having to pay Hughes amendment prices.
