No party will give up power like that if they can stop it. These have been items on the left's agenda for a long time, but they have never gotten anywhere because of Republican push back. Packing the courts -- Supreme Court isn't going to intervene because BLM wants more black judges, except the one already there .
The checks and balances are already gone. The only thing that changes with Republicans in congress is a bunch of bullshit theater.
