I don’t think Joe and his handlers know the meaning of unconstitutional. They have already broken the law by having the 2 journalists at Voice of America fired because they were investigating Biden whistleblowers. I don’t believe Nazi Joe knows the meaning of Amendments, Constitution, etc.
