It says this was blocked before the election, so they weren't supposed to count these ballots in 2020. It wouldn't surprise me if it happened anyway but they say they didn't.
I know Trump was winning all day but I think Biden's big dump of votes came on election night so they couldn't have been received after election day. They were probably faked some other way.

"Were" or "are"? There's a huge difference. Article says "was".
Interesting to see how this develops. Trump was winning bigly in VA the night of the election before it was stolen that next morning.
Won't change a damn thing. The GOP made sure of that.
