While they should change it for the 2020 Election and rule them invalid...I am still glad they fixed this for the future. I was giving up hope on my state.
The headline of this post is misleading. They actually did the right thing before the election, this ruling just makes it permanent. :)
On Oct. 28, one week before the Nov. 3 federal elections, Eldridge blocked the law due to the PILF lawsuit. Virginia was therefore prevented from counting late ballots without postmarks, PILF spokesperson Logan Churchwell told the Daily Caller News Foundation.
