So doesn’t this become a precedent that will be referenced in those other states with their lawsuits as well? Or does it have to get appealed and ruled on by a federal court first?
Don't know really, but my guess is it would require a Federal ruling to set precedent across the nation. I think this is just a state court case. This might get appealed and kicked up to Federal Court however.
