This is gonna get real messy. If virginia ruled it illegal, surely the swing states will as well.<
This is what I have been shouting about since the election. State after state passed unconstitutional election laws. All votes cast using those unconstitutional laws are invalid and must be thrown out.
The SC ruled on this in October and said the same thing, it's unconstitutional for anyone except state legislatures to enact or alter election laws, covid is no excuse to ignore the Constitution.
Everyone has been distracted chasing after fraud. Yeah, fraud happened but that's a different issue, one for a different battle.
This Constitutional battle is the one to be fighting foremost, no need to have an investigation, search for hard evidence, the evidence is there in the open, self evident.
I'm convinced this is why the Dems are pushing impeachment. They know this can cost them the election still. An unconstitutional election cannot be allowed to stand.
So doesn’t this become a precedent that will be referenced in those other states with their lawsuits as well? Or does it have to get appealed and ruled on by a federal court first?
