Step 1: Go to your online banking transaction history and search "winred". This should pull up all your donations. .

Step 2: Go to https://winred.com/contact/

Steps 3-9:

  • Reason for contacting: Help with a donation

Click "next"

Select "Refunding a donation"

Fill out your info + the last 4 digits of the card you used

Amount of donation: I used my most recent donation amount and date

Message: In this field I listed all the dates and amounts of the donations I would like refunded. I added these amounts and stated the total amount I would like refunded. I then gave an explanation of why I would like my refund. I stated that my money was collected via promises to stand behind and support Donald Trump, and that was a lie, the GOP did not.

Click submit.

You'll likely get an email back within a few business day hours confirming your refund.

Refund supposed to show up in your account within 5-10 days.

WinRed is claiming they can't find my donations despite them having the last four digits of my credit card. They used the same card on the monthly to take my money, they didn't seem to have a problem to find my name then. I told them I would look back on my bank statements.

Look on your bank records to get the exact dates and amounts, that'll speed up the process significantly.
