The Commie Feds absolutely started the firing. Their story was that the Branch Davidians started the firing by shooting through the front door. Multiple witnesses, including lawyers, have testified that all of the bullet holes in the metal front door were punched in, so they came from the outside. After they cooked and gassed all of the kids inside, the Commie Feds took control of the scene and, low and behold the front door was never seen again.
On the last day of the standoff, they sent in tanks to punch holes through the structure on a windy day. They punched holes into a secured room off of the kitchen where many of the women and children were hiding and directly shot military-grade gas into that secured room, creating a gas chamber. Many of the women and children suffocated to death in that room.
The punching of holes in the building created a tinder box on a dry Texas day. I believe 100% that the Fed Commies started the fire. They claim that they didn't. But they also claimed that they didn't fire a single shot on the last day of the standoff, which we now know is an absolute lie.
