Unlike Juan Guaido, whom the USA wanted to install as president of Venezuela, Donald Trump has the support of the majority of the USA population and was legitimately elected.

Would a few other countries recognise him? Could other states like Texas refuse to recognise Washington DC as legitimate? Maybe set up a new capital?
