this is unconstitutional, impeachment is for sitting president, not former, as obeyed and unviolated in the last 250 years
petition to stop 2nd impeachment:
what else should we do to stop this madness and disrespect of the constitution and violation of the 1st amendment by, supposedly, people's representatives (they are just acting for their own self-interests, not the peoples) - recall them all??
They don't care about the constitution. We have got to stop saying "oh they can't do that it's unconstitutional". Assuming they will be following the constitution is a weakness that allows them to be 2 or 3 steps ahead. We are still bitching about the impeachment being unconstitutional and they are making that jamie raskin guy the judge in the trial. They will be finishing up the impeachment and we will still be bitching about the unconstitionality of it.
is there nothing we can do at this point? is the government a joke and we just let it affect our lives with its clownish decisions??
