School choice. Don't like the teachers, just switch schools. Hit them in the wallets, and it would be amazing how fast they start culling out the bad teachers.

Like 1984 huh? How would you like to be filmed throughout every move of your workday? The overzealous scrutiny would turn all teachers into classroom zombies for fear of being fired if they misstep their boundaries. Pedos would still be pedos and continue hiding their deviant behavior like they do now. Leave teachers alone. There are few enough good ones now. Let's not run them off too.
