i get ur point. but the system is used as a weapon by these kinds of ppl. they dont abide by it. so when one group reveres it as a guideline and another as a tool for crushing those guideline followers then the "guideliners" are at a disadvantage.
now can u elect good ppl in to these spots to hold up the ideal of the system? maybe. but as everyone who is pissed about the fraud outcome AND the new HR 1 bill i dont see that being a likely outcome.

It is OUR fault for becoming complacent and not speaking out (silent majority) soon enough.
Take accountability and get LOUD
There are fail-safes and safety's that ensure the gun doesn't fire on its own. A gun, mechanically, cannot shoot someone.
The system, however well intentionally designed, can be corrupted due to a lack of fail-safes.
