My only real gripe about Scalia is he gave the left ammo to keep going after the 2nd amendment with his Heller opinion. By saying it wasn't an unlimited right these people will never stop, I get that he most likely meant it in the "you can't open carry at a federal building while wearing a tutu way" shall not be infringed is pretty damn clear.
