This cop in particular is shitty... I hate this collectivist hatred of cops that gets perpetuated by FBI agents on here. Some cops do shitty things, just like people. The question should always be of accountability. Excessive use of force is bad and Cops should be punished for that, tasering for not wearing a mask is excessive and I hope this cop gets punished for that, but pre-emptively trying to prevent all bad situations with cops by getting rid of them is shitty as well.
There is a nuanced view, we are for law and order. We want peace, but we also must be prepared for war. We want law, we want their to be a common sense of evident rules that bind us and are mutually agreed upon. We know we will make mistakes, however, with some of those laws, such as with prohibition.
