The story is actually a little old. I remember this lady. They found her mostly naked with the infant still in her grasp on the ground.

Sure the claim could be some one pushed her but the story of her committing suicide seems pretty damned valid.

There doesnt seem to be a motive to want her dead anyway. Last I checked her out, she was quite comfortable with her career and her alignment - there was no reason for Arkancide to be used on her, basically.

Unfortunate tragedy is probably all it was.
