Well, looks like they're making their big push to completely crush us. I've never had issues accessing TDW or PW until today via my ISP. Looks like they're putting up some kind of "site is vulnerable to attack, we can't allow you to look" bullshit error. Normally you can opt to access the site anyway when this occurs, but not in this case. There's also something about McAfee security blocking it which I don't even have due it being akin to swiss cheese as far as protection. Flip from ISP to mobile data and all is right with the world.

Yeah, ISPs don't do 90% of what people claim they do. Worked at one for 10 years at the highest level of customer support. Friends and family would tell me all about the things we were doing to their internet service. When I'd look at their account or test stuff at their house, it either wasn't true or it was an end user issue.
