This was in Waco back in September. The officer is being a punk, but the guy was LOOKING for trouble. I remember seeing his video as well. Intentionally wandering around the store stalling for time. Waiting for the cops to show up after the person working asked him to either leave or put on a mask.

The mask thing is just an excuse to harass this guy. I suspect he's really being hassled because he's carrying.
