Brandon is great, but talking about your legal strategy in public on the internet is extremely unwise.

You don't hire a lawyer as a plaintiff, and then admit your strategy is to not actually sue the defendant. The moment the defendant's lawyer hears this, they can just ignore you.

It is astonishing how many people are so bad at this kind of thing.
