Isn't there some service that encrypts the DNS? I thought I remember reading that somewhere on here where you can encrypt the DNS so your ISP can't detect which websites you're going to.

Without getting too complicated, you can change your router to use different dns servers.

Quad 9, Open Nic, and Comodo are what I use. https://www.allconnect.com/blog/best-free-dns-servers
