Isn't there some service that encrypts the DNS? I thought I remember reading that somewhere on here where you can encrypt the DNS so your ISP can't detect which websites you're going to.
Don’t use your ISPs dns servers.

Without getting too complicated, you can change your router to use different dns servers.
