I helped another Pede the other day solve this same issue.

Your router is performing what is known as a "Man-in-the-Middle Attack" on your network and is intercepting your HTTPS requests to Patriots.win and redirecting you to this "warning" page. This is caused by McAfee "Secure Home Platform".

You may circumvent this with the use of a VPN, but a DNS change alone is not enough to fix it. You can, however, disable this "security feature" on the router itself.

You can follow the steps below to disable "Secure Home Platform" on your router.

NOTE:

• The hardware reset clears any changes made to the router, including any changes to the administrator account, password, and Wi-Fi settings.
• After you follow these steps, SHP Parental Controls no longer manages your devices and the always-on protection is disabled.
• You can do this to your ISP-provided router without breaking any contracts, warranties, or TOS.

Steps:

• Hardware Reset (using the reset button on the router).
• Press and hold the reset button on the SHP router for about 30 seconds.
• Wait about two minutes for the router to boot.
• Decline the End User License Agreement (EULA) on the Welcome screen
• On the SHP Welcome screen, click the I don't agree - disable Secure Home Internet link near the bottom of the screen.
• Wait a few minutes for the service to stop. The device will now operate as a standard router. To confirm, browse to pr0xy.org. This page is not blocked because SHP is disabled.

Alternatively, if you own your router and it is compatible with OpenWRT, you can flash it and replace your stock firmware.
