Left sued Trump for blocking people on twitter. Seems like we can do the same. If the White House turned off the comments, they are restricting free speech.

Won't work.

President can't block people who can normally interact with him on a platform.

Solution? Prevent interacting with the President on the platform.

I see folks downjebing Doomers to hell. The Doomers aren't wrong. There is no case here. Biden has surrounded himself with Big Tech lawyers who know their shit.

I understand that but the President is blocking comments, which is speech. The government cannot prohibit that. This isn't the tech company doing it.

The President isn't preventing speech. You are welcome to kvetch on Twitter.

This is the President saying no comment on a blanket application against everyone rather than preventing individuals, thus not the same as the Trump or AOC cases.

You're welcome to find a lawyer who will try your case and you'll merely get the same answer as I provided but with more minutia.

Law is wonderful isn't it?

That argument would be the same for the people on twitter in the case where Trump was sued by twitter users for being blocked. They could have just gone to youtube or facebook. It would be the same as the government going to a single newspaper and saying no one can publish an article about anything the government does. But they could go to this paper. That's picking winners and losers.

It isn't. You're evading the point.

Trump blocked certain individuals.

AOC blocked certain individuals.

Biden blocked everyone.

Neither law nor facts are on your side on this. Stop being a Fox News Pundit of merely whining about Joey and instead focus on your local politics.
