Trump needs a cat to cover the pet owner market. How are you going to have a negative meme on a cat.

I disagree, Biden having dogs is proof of their better nature than cats, one of his dogs tripped him and took him out of commission for a while. Even his dogs aren't loyal to him. I may be biased and allergic to cats...
