AREAS OF CONCERN: -internet registration -automatic registration of "eligible" voters -refusal to remove non eligible voters from voter rolls unless lengthy investigative process to prove ineligibility is done, has to be completed 6 months prior to election. If not done then ineligible vote counts. The time constraints and cost guarantee that almost no one gets removed from the voter lists. No matter how dead.
-allowing 16 yr olds to register to vote. (bill says this doesn't mean that anyone under 18 can vote, but come on.. Why else would they be registered?)

Basically this bill is a legal way for them to steal every future election.
