Law enforcement has to swear an oath to uphold the Constitution.
Confiscating and arresting gun owners who did not comply to a blatantly unconstitutional law would be a direct violation of that oath.

Some will, i mean forcing a mask mandate, how is that constitutional, yet you have police enforcing that. Also look at all the destruction caused by BLM and Antifa this past year..., $2.2+ Billion in damages, yet nothing happened for the most part, the police, enforcers of the law, let it happen when told to by higher ups. Its ignorant to think the same wont happen when they’re told to go confiscate weapons
