I know I am new to this area but I am needing advice. I would be grateful if you could read my plea.

A feeble old alzheimer patient is squatting in our house. What can we do? We locked the door but somehow he forced it open. He was mumbling something about marine? We are near the coast, maybe he was on a ship. I think he was having hallucinations.

I felt so sorry for him, I did not immediately kick him out. Terrible mistake.The man is using our good stationary just scribbling his name. He said his name is "Big Guy?" He rearranged our furniture all over our house. Big Guy is now spending our life savings like it grows on trees.

We have talked to him and he knows he is not wanted here. He ignores our pleas and acts like he owns the place. I know he is not popular from talking to people in the neighborhood. They say he has been a jackass and has taken advantage of everyone he could for most of his life.

The men and women in the neighborhood seem really mad at this man. I have even heard from others far away, who say he is bad news. I am afraid the people will damage our house if they come to confront him.

On top of how he treats us, he is already inviting all kinds of shady characters to our house. There is always traffic coming and going 24 hours a day. I have heard this is a sign of dealing drugs. I have read Big Guys son is an addict. Also a known prostitute has been seen with him several times. There were other women too. One carries a basket full of store bought cookies and tries to give them away to men just loitering in the streets. Another woman was seen, she seemed real awkward and had ill fitting clothes. Boy did she get hit by the ugly train.

We are asking for options to remove this man. He has already brought down property values in the neighborhood. We told him to leave and how his kind soils the area. But he has no shame, like he is entitled to destroy our things and waste our wealth. We are at wits' end. The police won't do anything but laugh about our problem with their buddies at the courthouse.

Please help. We are being threatened by the home owners association and their friends at the print shop. They take his side and are spreading horrible rumors about us. We are open to any ideas, options, or suggestions.
