Why would various US governments borrow money from overseas, and take lots of it from their citizens, to just give it to some African American guy with a strange name?
You could give that amount to many better people, and they would use it to get a city on the Moon, not on some plug-in automobile nobody wants or space rockets that do nothing of any importance.
Not saying this Elon is not intelligent, he is, but if you think he is great at space travel then you might think Bill Gates knows vaccines.
