I'm not sure I agree that the left employs this tactic. Marxists has always employed punching down and actually committing wanton violence and destruction for their political ends. Even if we assume that they mostly perform non-violent civil disobedience, they are able to do so because they have the backing of the government and law enforcement.
The Yellow vests were systematically separated, isolated, and arrested during their Paris protest. And though the Bureau of Land Management did finally back down, many of those who were involved in curbing their illegal annexation eventually lost their lives in a siege and shootout later on.
The government knows we are dedicated to truth and holding them accountable, and will do everything they can to stop us. And I was there on the 6th, calling it a Riot is FAKE NEWS.
Right, the situation is violence is given a pass by the fake news for the left, while demonstration by the right is false flagged and used to turn demonize us. Eventually that leads to a very bad place.
The original wave of Yellow Vests were very successful. They got an entire Green New Deal agenda cancelled.
The second wave, not so much, and as time went on the normal people disappeared and got replaced by anarchists and leftists.
As for the Bundys, how many died? And if you're dead keen for a civil war, what's the problem? They risked their lives, they won.
