Passing regulations on this current criminal government and administration will do nothing, because there is no one to enforce against their illegality. If there was, they wouldn't have gotten away with this stolen election.
You give our federal bureaucracy too little credit. They do follow the law as passed by congress. They typically do not interpret the constitutionality of said laws, as that is up to the legislature.
