Corruption has saturated every level of government. Even if you undid Obama's actions, they would still publish and propagate propaganda. They are demoralized, many believe it themselves. There is just no way to enforce it now.
The patriot act was stretched to the nth degree because it targeted civilians and benefited the government. Passing regulations on this current criminal government and administration will do nothing, because there is no one to enforce against their illegality. If there was, they wouldn't have gotten away with this stolen election.
