Fact is, every town and city in America already has organized groups they just don't realize that is what they are. All it takes is one smart charismatic leader to start linking them together. And that is what most are waiting on I think. The 3 letters focus on making sure that person never comes to exist.

The amount of their resources rapidly increase when you have people ready to rat out their neighbor for having too many people in their house.

No matter what state you are in, there are like minded people out there. Even DC is like 15% registered Republican.
