How about we retake State Sovereignty? States rights? Form treaties and a coalition to limit the powers and overreach of the federal government, in doing so? Secession is stupid. You would be surrounded by two enemies and with no trade treaties (which the USA would block) and no bluewater Navy or standing military, you would be cut off. No imports. No exports. Wouldn't require any invasion of your new country.
