Family called and asked for a mental health officer, they didn't have any available so they sent a normal officer. He was let into the house by the family and tried to talk with him but he soon felt he needed to leave to deescalate things and called in for backup. The previous day two mental health officers were called to the same house and he went peacefully with them, who knows if it would have gone the same way this time or not.
