The USA plane did not have a call sign and only a partial tail number. There is a clickable link that will “flip” the binary code and try to match the code in reverse. The USA plane flips from USA to IRAN. There was also another incompletely marked USA plane that flipped to a RUSSIAN plane when the binary code was “bit-reversed”

I think you're barking up the wrong tree here bud. These are nothing more than "addresses" given to aircraft by an international organization.
These are literally just coincidences that happen because the address space is mostly full
This is no different than trying to "bit-reverse" IP addresses...the process is meaningless
