Very true. I lived in Asia. People would not infrequently expound on their view of which races are "better" or "worse." Guess what, they didn't often count their own as the best... BUT their frankness motivates changes for the better. I've no doubt the same thing happens in cultures all across the globe. The fact that white people see a problem with it is nothing but social conditioning.
