I think they have the votes. They just know you can't legally impeach someone who is not even in office. It would set precedent that demoKKKrats don't want turned on them.

Also, demoKKKrats don't want election fraud to become front and center when Trump gets a trial and Rudy Giuliani gets the podium on national tell-lies-vision.
