They test a sample 30 times, if there's nothing there, they stop. You're good. you dont have a live virus, and you cant transmit anything.
But - They test the sample 40 times, they find debris and a dead virus, they say "you have a positive test". You get locked down etc. They build policy on a 40Ct.
