So, if you want to be sure to downvote everything coming out of the Biden Occupation, you need to periodically go to the White House channel home and downvote from there.
It isn't a conspiracy that a media company stops showing you media you repeatedly say you don't like.

Turn off autoplay, and then play the video you want to downvote. Go do something else while it runs so you don't need to bleach your eyeballs later. Youtube will 'see you watched the whole video' before you downvoted and will give this more credibility than if you click over to the video, downvote and leave.
Even if you are not logged on, youtube can track short term behavior in the short term via the IP address you used at the time.
YT as much as said they were 'fixing' downvotes of anyone who didn't actually watch the video.
It's not disinformation. It's the way the algorithm is designed. They want you to watch as much on their site as possible so if you downvote stuff from a certain channel, you won't be shown that stuff nearly as much (if at all) in the future.

This might be by design. If you start downvoting things a lot you might be teaching the algorithm to stop showing you shit you don't want to watch.
If it is by design, it's bad design. I wouldn't be subscribed to it if I didn't want to be informed.
Well, while I'd bet the scrubbing of downvotes is insidious on YouTube's part, I'm just saying this might just be some BS algorithm trying to increase watch time.
It could also be a glitch. I regularly don't receive notifications for half the people I'm subbed to. The majority aren't even political in any way. I have to go and check their channels myself. It's been going on for a few years now.
Why haven't you unsubscribed from that channel yet? You know where it is, do you really want to let them steal your attention at a moment's notice?
Nobody should be downvoting to simply manipulate data - this is a bad as youtube. If you watch the content and it’s awful, then by all means and although I have not watched these, I’m guessing they are awful and the majority of downvotes legitimate.
