Republicans could've removed Paul Ryan as Speaker any time they wanted if they really disagreed with the way he was handling things. They didn't.

I dont think that's accurate. Only he could remove himself or every single person of the majority would have to agree he showed a serious lack of competence. Ryan did what the GOP is known for. "No".

It was either his stupidity or being a RINO that lead to his decisions to forfeit legislation that could have saved the Republic.
