I don't think he actually owns the building, but the "birthplace of Microsoft" came to mind. It's a wimpy little building in an ancient office complex just east of UNM. I think a custom jeweler is in there now.

Besides, a lot of our empty land is already owned by Ted Turner. (Is he still alive? I forget.)
