I find it fascinating how the "Values" of each of the companies in the Cancel list evolved over time, and how each of them ultimately became corrupted by their success. It's a bit sad that we've allowed them to become as successful and powerful as they are now (particularly Google, Amazon, and the Social Media giants) without creating competing and VIABLE alternatives that still align with our values.
But as they say, the two best times to plant a tree are twenty years ago, and today. Thank you for this list of alternatives. I'll do my best to become a user of as many as I can.
