I’m a huge fan of Gab.. And I will be lined up to get this new OS as soon as they release it. But I also try to help them manage expectations where I can. If everyone is expecting them to release all new hardware and they don’t, that could potentially be a let-down that hurts their reputation. Especially when people see that it’s Android based and assume that means it’s a Google phone... I try to explain things like this when I see the opportunity so people will know what to expect.
I never saw anything outside the initial video announcement. Did they say it was just an OS? From the look of the video it seemed like an entirely new phone
