Use Google Takeout to download all your Google emails, photos, docs, etc. onto a hard drive. Then DELETE your Google account. Get a ProtonMail account instead. Facebook will allow you to download your data before deleting, also.
After having google lock me out of one gmail account because my refusal to enter in my phone number, I am going to back up everything and abandon old gmail accounts.
