I commented on this, but i can't seem to see it and no notice, He was able to remove the state of emergency at the southern border, which was being used to allocate the funds without congress providing the funding (presidents can declare states of emergency and such, and in this case revoke the state of emergency)

My concern is what does this mean for the business that have government contracts? Might as well let them build if they are contracted to build and we have to pay them right?
